Payment Method not showing with xstore theme

    Hello,

    I am using xstore theme template https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor2/kids-toys/ in the checkout page payment method is not showing.

    I am checking with WordPress default theme and payment method is working properly.

    Please guide me fast

    Hello @Aiyub,

    We apologize for the delay due to the time difference. Regarding your issue, are you using any plugins for the checkout or payment on your site? If so, please try turning off the Advanced Checkout Layout under XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart/Checkout Layout and try again.

    Alternatively, We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    We also request that you provide us with URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

    To do this, please follow these steps:

    – Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
    – Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
    – Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

    I have tried all the above mentioned points but still Payment not visible on checkout page.

    Hello @Aiyub,

    We kindly request that you check the issue by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to ensure that the issue persists regardless of the theme.

    If the issue persists, it would indicate that the issue is not related to our theme and you would need to reach out to the WooCommerce support for assistance.

    Alternatively, you may wish to refer to the WooCommerce documentation on shipping at the following link: https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/.

    If the issue is resolved with the default WordPress theme, it should also be resolved with our theme.
