    In order to display different banners on different product pages, multiple custom product page layouts must be created. To put it simply, you will need to create custom product page layouts for each product.

    1. Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly edit or add fields to the My Account page as it is a default WooCommerce page and our theme does not have any influence on it. Changes would require extra customization or you could try using a third-party plugin that better meets your requirements.

    We have deactivated the Autoptimize, Jetpack, and LiteSpeed Cache plugins on your site, which has successfully resolved the issue.

    Additionally, you can view the result in your site’s customizer mode. To view the result on the front end of your site, this is likely due to the server cache (CDN) that is enabled on your site, as shown in the screenshot: https://postimg.cc/Mcq5w4JJ. We suggest that you contact your hosting provider to flush the server cache and disable the CDN while you are in the development process.

    If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

    We recommend that you temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, clear your browser cache, and then check again.

    Thank you for your inquiry. We would like to inform you that it is not possible to directly edit any of the archive pages (Blog, Shop, Category, Cart, Checkout, etc.) with any of the page builders.

    These archive pages can only be rendered using Theme Settings or with the Pro plugin.

    However, you can check and set all available settings as per your requirements under XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce >> Cart/Checkout Layout.

    To display the WooCommerce checkout form on a custom page using a shortcode, you can use the following shortcode:

    [woocommerce_checkout]

    By adding this shortcode to any page or post content, it will generate and display the WooCommerce checkout form. Users can then fill in their billing and shipping details, choose a payment method, and complete the purchase.

    We kindly request that you check the issue by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to ensure that the issue persists regardless of the theme.

    If the issue persists, it would indicate that the issue is not related to our theme and you would need to reach out to the Dokan plugin support for assistance.

    If the issue is resolved with the default WordPress theme, it should also be resolved with our theme.

    And if still, the issue will persist then we recommend that you disable all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clear the cache of your browser, and then check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    1. You can use the shortcodes of the fields you used in your form (http://prntscr.com/vk054l) and place them in the areas you want to show (http://prntscr.com/vk0401). Since there is no element in your form with the shortcodes [your-name] or [your-subject], you will only get the shortcodes.

If you would like the registration form to appear in the Login form, please navigate to the Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Settings >> Accounts & Privacy and ensure that the option to create an account on the “My Account” page is enabled.
