How can we eliminate this gap between the header and the element slider?
And the slider distance is 0.

It appears to be a cache issue on your end. We suggest that you clear the cache of your website and browser and check again.

Additionally, the WordPress admin login details you provided are not correct/working.

There are errors from plugins, we would recommend you disable the mentioned WooCommerce Product Add-ons plugin or contact support of the plugin.
