    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins, optimizing plugin and also temporarily disabling CDN and flush server cache ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    If you delete any content imported with our theme, it will be permanently removed, and there’s no way to undo this action.

    Alternatively, you may opt to manually remove specific sections directly on your website.

    Two different product attributes are available in WooCommerce, local and global product attributes. In WooCommerce both options are called attributes, but there is a difference in the functionality of these attributes.

    Global attributes: These are the properties that you will find in the WP-Admin under Product > Attributes. All attributes created here are at on a global website level and can be used with all products.

    Local attributes: These attributes are created when you create or edit a product. You cannot use these attributes to filter and they are only visible on the product page itself.

    By default, the Shop page can’t be edited using Elementor as other pages, because this ability was added by Elementor for the Pro plugin that should be purchased separately. All our demos were created without Elementor Pro, so Shop page settings can be edited via Theme Options > WooCommerce.
    In the latest update, we added new builders https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/xstore-builders/xstore-builders-getting-started/ which allows you to create Shop page layout using the Elementor free plugin.
