    Hello, @Marco A Jimenez,

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

Website speed depends on various factors that we do not control. What we can do is share the links that can help you with speed optimization: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

Every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, so we would recommend you disable unrequired plugins.

We are writing to address the issue you have been experiencing with your website’s slow loading speed. After conducting a speed test on your website via GTmetrix, we have found that the performance is suboptimal. You may review the results at the following link:
    https://gtmetrix.com/reports/aylesva.com/2LuGoC89/

We recommend that you review the suggestions provided by GTMetrix in the Top Issues list, accessible here:https://imgur.com/a/78jSNLx & https://imgur.com/a/VwYr72w.
About your results on gtmetrix results:

    https://isotropic.co/avoid-an-excessive-dom-size-on-your-wordpress-website/
    Edit your page and Product elements. It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header;

    -Eliminate render-blocking resources: https://gtmetrix.com/eliminate-render-blocking-resources.html

    -Avoid long main-thread tasks https://gtmetrix.com/avoid-long-main-thread-tasks.html

-Serve static assets with an efficient cache policy

    – Avoid enormous network payloads – https://gtmetrix.com/avoid-enormous-network-payloads.html

2/ You’re utilizing the WP-Rocket plugin alongside our XStore theme. To ensure optimal performance and to prevent any potential conflicts, we kindly ask that you refrain from enabling identical settings within both WP-Rocket and our Speed Optimization feature.

For your convenience, we have prepared a comprehensive guide that outlines the recommended WP-Rocket settings to be used with XStore. You can access this documentation at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

WP Rocket plugin support should be able to help you find the best settings to speed up the site (all options of the plugin should not be activated at the same time, it is required to find a correct combination of settings that will not conflict with your site content and additional plugins and give best speed test results).

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

We would like to inform you that the occurrence of the double header is a result of Custom CSS configurations within the Theme Settings. Hello, @Mohit Prajapati,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ We would like to inform you that the use of a third-party plugin for the variation gallery is not necessary. The functionality you require can be accessed directly through our platform. Please navigate to XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce (Shop) >> Single Product Builder, and enable the ‘Variation Gallery’ option to utilize this feature.

Furthermore, please be advised that when the ‘Variation Gallery’ is activated on a product page, the display will be limited to the Variation Image Gallery exclusively. This means that the product video and the standard product gallery will not be displayed concurrently with the Variation Image Gallery.

2/ If you wish to use the Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce plugin then

Activate a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront, to help isolate the problem. This can be done by navigating to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Themes’ within your WordPress dashboard.

Once the default theme is activated, please monitor your site for the issue in question.

This diagnostic check is crucial in determining the root cause of the problem and will greatly assist us in providing you with the appropriate support. Let us know the result.

Additionally, we strongly advise that you create a complete backup of your website before making any changes. This precautionary measure is to ensure the safety and integrity of your data.

3/ Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Hello, @amamatdi,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1. We would greatly appreciate it if you could capture a video recording of the issue you are encountering to enhance our understanding. Kindly upload the video to a file-sharing service, such as https://wetransfer.com/, and share the link with us. Additionally, please provide a detailed description of your specific requirements or the outcome you are aiming to achieve.

    2. We respectfully request that you examine the functionality of the Cart/Checkout process with the ‘Advanced Cart/Checkout Layout’ feature disabled. This option is located within the ‘Xstore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout’ section of your website’s settings.

    3. If you are currently utilizing a child theme, please temporarily switch to the parent theme to determine if the issue continues to occur. We ask that you inform us of the outcome. Prior to making this change, ensure that you have created a backup of your website. Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could grant us debugging permissions, enabling us to conduct a thorough investigation and assist you in resolving the matter.

Your cooperation with these steps is invaluable and will significantly aid us in diagnosing and addressing the issue promptly and efficiently.

    Hello, @Tal,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ We would like to inform you that your current configuration utilizes the infinite scroll feature for pagination and is set to display 40 products per page. Additionally, the functionality that allows users to return to the same position on the page after viewing a product detail is contingent upon this product per page setting.

It has been observed that when a product is accessed from the default page without the use of infinite scrolling, the system is designed to return the user to the exact location they navigated from.

To improve the overall user experience and ensure seamless navigation between individual product views and the product archive pages, we suggest increasing the number of products displayed per page.

For your convenience, we have recorded a video demonstration which can be viewed via the following link:

If your proposal receives significant support from our customer community, our development team will consider its implementation in future updates.

    Hello, @Tal,

    Thank you for your response.

We would like to confirm that with the utilization of the XStore Product Archive Builder, it is indeed possible to craft a custom product archive page. By employing the XStore Product Grid element and selecting ‘Brands’ under the Taxonomy Type, you can effectively organize your products on the shop page by brand.

This method ensures that products from the same brand are displayed adjacently, facilitating a more streamlined browsing experience for your customers.

For your convenience, we have prepared a video tutorial that provides a visual demonstration of the process. You may access the tutorial via the following link: https://www.veed.io/view/7a4bbac0-176e-414f-8cf2-499a330894e0?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We would like to bring to your attention a couple of steps that may assist you in resolving the header configuration issue on your website:

    1. It is possible that a custom header has been implemented on your site. To edit this header, please navigate to the XStore > “Theme Options,” then proceed to “Header Builder,” followed by “Multiple Headers.” Here, you can select and edit the custom header designated for the Front page.

    2. For detailed guidance, We encourage you to thoroughly review the instructions provided in our theme documentation. You can access this resource at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/.

3/ Should the problem persist after following the aforementioned steps, we would be grateful if you could create temporary wp-admin access. Kindly share the access details within the private content area of our support channel. This will enable our team to examine your settings closely and gain a comprehensive understanding of the issue.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you perform a complete backup of your website prior to making any changes.

    Hello, @Anand Burman,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, @Peter,

    Thank you for your response.

We would like to inform you about the process required to display the brand list in the shop sidebar under the “Sort by Brand” option. To achieve this, you must first associate the brands with their respective products. This can be done through the WordPress dashboard by navigating to WooCommerce >> Products. Here, you can either create a new product or edit an existing one. Once you are on the product page, you can assign the product to a brand using the Brand section located on the right-hand side.

For your convenience, we have provided visual references to guide you through this process:
