Not exactly what I saved. Please need your advice.

    Hi Team Support,

    I need your advice. I just purchased the theme and imported one of the demos. Already tried several times to clear up caches. The changes are not exactly what I saved.

    Example issue, the home page is still having the demo header while some pages have the header that I changed the color and header type.

    Please tell me where is the setting to make it all having the same header?

    1. It is possible that a custom header has been implemented on your site. To edit this header, please navigate to the XStore > “Theme Options,” then proceed to “Header Builder,” followed by “Multiple Headers.” Here, you can select and edit the custom header designated for the Front page.

    2. For detailed guidance, We encourage you to thoroughly review the instructions provided in our theme documentation. You can access this resource at the following link: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/139-cant-see-changes-in-the-header-on-the-home-page.

    3/ Should the problem persist after following the aforementioned steps, we would be grateful if you could create temporary wp-admin access. Kindly share the access details within the private content area of our support channel. This will enable our team to examine your settings closely and gain a comprehensive understanding of the issue.

    As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you perform a complete backup of your website prior to making any changes.
