If you are using Elementor plugin, do not activate WPBakery plugin, it is not needed.
Site Background can be changed via Theme Options > Styling.
About the fonts settings of Elementor, provide screenshots of the problem and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

XStore Studio is available when you are using Elementor, only.
If you are using WPBakery, you can’t use the Studio and you do not need to enable the Elementor. You can use page importer, here is a video – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI

You should contact to Fancy product designer developers and ask them for the best solution they can propose to make compatible with our Single Product builder. According to the fact it is builder we have our own hooks and each of them is related to specific content showing case (etheme_woocommerce_template_single_title will show product title)

We don’t have those hooks in our builder due to described above reasons
1/ woocommerce_before_single_product_summary
2/ woocommerce_single_product_summary
3/ woocommerce_after_single_product_summary
4/ woocommerce_share

So you have a few variants to solve this
1/ to disable Single Product builder
2/ to contact with Plugins Author and ask them for the best solution (if such one will be found then we could add it globally)
3/ rewrite xstore/woocommerce/content-single-product-builder.php to your child-theme and add actions you need to have for such compatibility

If you have archive of Fancy product designer plugin you may send us a link to download it in private area or on our support email -> 8themes@gmail.com. In such case, we could check for compatibility from our side (if such one could be able to add)

When I go to Theme Options > Header Builder > My account > My Account Text > there is “Аккаунт” text, and translation for the My Account works fine, so go to Promo text in Theme Options and write text in your language.

Contact your hosting provider and ask them about reports of the queries that use a lot of CPU on your site. Provide us with these reports to find out what exactly is the reason for the issue.
Check all the enabled plugins and disable all the plugins that you don’t really use. Don’t keep them enabled just in case.
If you don’t need a portfolio disable it in Theme Options > Portfolio. If you don’t need testimonials disable them in Theme Options > Global.
