Thumbnail images are showing different size

We have given same size images for all products and the thumbnail width and thumbnail cropping are set in the customization options. But for some of the recently added products thumbnail images are showing different size in the products page. Please help.

Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products Style > Stretch Product Image > Off, and Regenerate Thumbnails using a plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/89-product-images
If this doesn’t help, provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we cna take a closer look.

I have tried this,but there is no change for the thumbnails.

Make sure images you uploaded for products are the same size.

Product images are of same size 850 by 1275 pixels. – no, unfortunately, check the size of 1658303829239-01 , purechikankari1.jpg purechikankari2.jpg, GEORGETTE-BANARASI-SAREE.-UCHII-DG_2.jpg , in your Media library ( https://prnt.sc/fj3j80zbH6sd > https://prnt.sc/ARXTeX6Vftpc ) , and re-upload images.

Initially thumbnails are showing same size irrespective of the image size. Is there any settings for making the thumbnails irrespective of the image size.

It seems there is a problem with the latest version of WooCommerce and our theme. Our dev team works on this. As a temporary solution, downgrade WC version – https://prnt.sc/WmgZCxSSRDMP https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/
