Hello @Sadikul Islam,
Ok, thanks for understanding. Have a nice day!

Hello,
Please provide URL of product with the video and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

Ok. Thanks for letting us know.

Hello,
In this case, we need to take a closer look at your settings of the site, so temporary wp-admin and FTP access are needed. If your site is live, create a staging site (a full copy of the live site, so we can do tests there).
Regards
Hello,
Have you tried to contact the support of the Contact form 7 plugin? They should be able to help you, because the problem is independent of our theme.
You can try to use another contact plugin, but we do not have a recommendation.
Regards
Hello,
Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?
Regards
The problem is caused by the latest WordPress update, they will fix it in the next update. By that time, do the next: go to Appearance > Menus > Screen options > enable CSS Classes, then add
menu-item-has-children
for all parent menu items (not the first level) for example – https://prnt.sc/PuXyIf47waWN

Hello,
Please provide temporary wp-admin access.

Hello,
There is no such problem on our test sites and we did not get reports from other customers.
Fixed. Please check now on your site, and enable all static blocks by yourself https://prnt.sc/Z5r8X6zYHUNw
It is a temporary fix, our developer will continue work on this question, so do not change access.
Please answer next questions:
1) did you “optimize” the database?
2) do you have a database query cache?
3) did you unlock any requests on the frontend?
Regards
If your site is live, you can create a staging site (full copy of the existing one), to be able to do updates there first, without affecting your business.

Your problem was passed to our dev team. I will let you know once get an answer.

Theme Options > Header > Enable cart widget > On.
If this option is enabled, check if there is any changes in your child theme files that may affect it.

How did you hide static blocks? How can we show them now?

Hello,
Please check your settings in Appearance > Widgets. Also, make sure translation for blocks is created.
If this doesn’t help, provide FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Hello,
1/ As you can see, it is not 8theme (our) widget, it is the default WooCommerce widget, so contact support of WooCommerce or your cache plugin.
2/ Try to add the next code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
.etheme-sticky-cart .et-single-buy-now.single_add_to_cart_button.button, .etheme-sticky-cart .stock, .etheme-sticky-cart p.price {
display: none;
}
}
3/ What problem do you see there? Could you record a video? We’ve cheked the Wishlist functionality and it seems to work fine.
Try to: Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Always Load Wc-Cart-Fragments > On

Hello,
Please download the theme and Core plugin from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads and do the update manually https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Theme_Update.html https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Plugins/Plugins_Update
After the update, you will need to wait up to 4 hours while Woocommerce cache will be cleared and messages about outdated files disappear.
About the Cart widget, there can be another reason. Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check the situation more deeply.

Hello, @TFS,
If you want to create the multilanguage site you need a special plugin for these purposes https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/ Support of the plugin should guide you.

Hello, @Mart,
Thanks for the reply.
Theme Options > Header Builder > move elements of the header content depending on your needs. Your Logo is placed in Main header area right now, just move it into the Top header area and set the desired alignment.
If different pages show different headers, probably you have multiple headers on the site, so go to Header Builder > Multiple headers > edit custom headers.

Hello, @Thomas,
Thanks for the reply.
Have you tried to disable 3rd party plugins?
We’ve disabled CartFlows plugin and the sticky header works fine now. Please clear the cache and check.
We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
You can try to contact support of CartFlows plugins or change the sticky header type or disable the sticky header.

Hello, Mina Adel,
Thanks for using our theme.
Please do not mix 2 different questions in 1 topic to prevent misunderstanding.
1/ Check the Shop and single product pages now.
The problem was – https://prnt.sc/HUDP0W3bmoHz We’ve disabled Hyyan WooCommerce Polylang Integration plugin and the fatal error disappeared. You can contact support for this plugin to get assistance from their side.
2/ We need FTP access, not the panel. Please contact your hosting provider, and they will help you create FTP access.
