    I have the same issue on multiple sites after the last update.

    .menu .menu-full-width .nav-sublist-dropdown ul > li li {
    width: 100%;
    }

    This targeted menu is not staying inside the div, but displaying overlapping other columns.

    Here’ s a screen shot of the issue:

    The problem is caused by the latest WordPress update, they will fix it in the next update. By that time, do the next: go to Appearance > Menus > Screen options > enable CSS Classes, then add
    menu-item-has-children
    for all parent menu items (not the first level) for example – https://prnt.sc/PuXyIf47waWN
