PROBLEMS WITH PLUGIN CONTACT 7 WHY?????????

We don´t receive messages with plugin contact 7, but in other web with same theme, xstore, we don´t have problemas

This issue is independent from our theme, The actual issue is with Contact Form 7 or with your server, please read and follow the instructions written in the below given thread and article and I am sure it will help you in solving your issue.

we think the proble is no this, we talk with server provider and the error can be the .htaccess archive

Hello,

.htaccess is independent of the theme, try to go to settings -> permalinks and click save button. WordPress will create a new (actual) htaccess file.
If this doesn’t help, try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

Hello,

The mentioned “storefront” is the default WooCommerce theme, not our theme. Probably you installed it to test something, it can be deleted and then installed via Appearance > Themes in case it is needed.

ok, we delete this theme because we don´t need it, ut still not working contact. We disable cache plugins, and we clean all infected archives….and create a new htaccess archive…

There are “No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’” errors on your screenshot. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to solve mentioned errors.

hello, with hosting is all ok. It is not problem of hosting, we make a restore of the last time this works, but not works. Theres is a big problem for us. Can we install other contact plugin for this theme?

just we duplicate this form with the same theme from lamparasameidda.com to luzactual.com that is working, but in luzactual.com not works

Hello,

Have you tried to contact the support of the Contact form 7 plugin? They should be able to help you, because the problem is independent of our theme.
You can try to use another contact plugin, but we do not have a recommendation.

It is different sites, not just different pages.
Settings of contact forms are same on both sites? If so, the settings are the same, themes are the same, but if it doesn’t work, it means there is something independent of the theme, that causes the problem.
