1/ Please contact the support of WPML plugin, to get assistance with it question.

2/ You can disable “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory.
If you do not want to disable this option, please check if the problem persist when not XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. If the problem is independent of the theme, contact support of WooCommerce and WPML.

3/ Please check if the problem persist with another theme activated (Storefront) to find out if the problem is related to our XStore theme functionality.

4/ Please go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product Layout > Show Product Stock Status > On.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for problems.

You have more than 12 000 products – https://prnt.sc/et9Pyo59Hny7 , it is the main reason for the speed problem. Any selection from the database with this quantity will take quite a lot of time, that’s why the search, shop and product category pages have such a low speed, and this affects all pages displaying products.
WordPress/WooCommerce does not have limits on the number of products, but you need to take into account the server power. Most likely your server simply cannot quickly process requests with such a number of products.

It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation.

Have you tried to disable the cache plugin and CDn and check how it works then?
Please do this test and let us know the result.

Also, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
