XStore Issues: Sticky Menu does not work, Shop Sidebar not visible, Add to cart does not work

    Hello,

    I do have some issues with the theme and I do hope that you can help me:

    Current dev site: http://dev.hautsache-panitz.de/

    Issue 1: menu not sticky anymore (just in customizer mode it works)
    Issue 2: Shop sidebar disappeared (I created it for “brands” and “categories”)
    Issue 3: Clicking on cart does not open the cart popup or anything else -> However, the products are in the cart after clicking on the icon.

    Can someone support me? I guess the reason are some theme settings.

    1/ Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
    Let us know the result.

    2/ Contact your hosting provider and ask to downgrade PHP version to 7.4.

    Hi that works wonderful.

    I do have another issue. I translated a view items for the shop (e.g. view cart) with loco and the translation appears correctly, when I am logged in as an admin. However, when I review my page on another browser without logged in, the translations do not show.

    As you can see, text domains are different, so they are for different languages.

    Thanks, I am really struggling with adding google fonts locally to the website. I use a plugin for that and everything seems to be correct. However, when I use a checker or even the console it says that I still load google fonts externally. Do you have some advise here?

    XStore > Custom fonts > upload fonts. Then select font via Theme options, for example, go to Header Builder > Main menu > Font Family.

    Thanks, I do have another question. I added a product and realised that the taxation does not appear correctly. In this case I created a product which should cost 25 EUR including taxes. However, in the frontend the system adds the taxes. I checked the WooCommerce settings and everything seems to be correct. Can I kindly ask you to check and support?

    Guys, I have another problem which I need to solve before pushing the site live.

    I added products in the cart and I can run through the entire process perfectly. I can go back to the homepage to add other products or finalize the order. However, there is one button in the cart “Zurück zum Shop” (“Back to Shop”). When I click on that I will be redirected to the Shop page and I do not see any products in my cart anymore. When I go to the homepage again, the products appear again in my cart.

    And I do have another issue. I pushed the page live to the final url:

    Almost everything seems to be correct. However, the site does not load the font on the /shop page: https://hautsache-panitz.de/shop/

    The font on this page is now Times. On all other pages it is correctly: Manrope. I need urgent support as the site is already live.

    I am not able to fix it. I created a backup and share my credentials in the privat content area.

    There is just mixed content on the shop page (fonts). Looking forward to your quick support.
