3 problems on our website using XSTORE probably after update

    Hello,

    We updated theme and i think here it`s more problems.

    Check on our website these:

    1. Product Added Notification Type: alert advanced (don`t work, we disable all plugins and stiil the problem);

    2. If you try to add products and after open right slider cart didn`t show up products added, the products show only on cart page but not on slider from right.

    Hello, EduardMihai,

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for problems.

    Like i said, we tried this option and dont work, all plugin disabled and same problem, can you acces the website and try to resolve? I really cant find the solution.

    Did you make changes in the theme files?
    If the problem is independent of plugins, please disabled all 3rd party plugins and provide us with FTP access, we will check the situation more deeply.
    To provide FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    No, we don`t made any changes at theme files.

    We’ve activated this option https://prnt.sc/ouyajmET4-9H in settings of WooCommerce and the Ajax add to cart works now. Please check.
