Menu shipping cart background collor not change.

on website in menu where all icon like account, favorite and cart problem with cart. when go on cart icon background make white need to be transparent. and icond color from white to be grey when go with mouse. same on mobile website version. in settings all change to transparent and cache and data clean but till same.
