    Please note that according to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project), read more – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular If you want to use our theme for a few different projects you need to buy a few licenses.

    You can export static blocks from Tools > Export > Static blocks. And import them via Tools > Import > WordPress > import .xml file.
    Header Builder > Header templates > Export.

    The feature of a VAT number is not built into our theme, so the use of additional plugins is justified.
    Usually, users find such plugins and do not encounter problems caused by our theme, as XStore does not affect VAT functionality. If a problem arises, it is usually something independent of our theme.
    There was a misunderstanding. We thought you talking about this invoice plugin – https://woocommerce.com/it-it/products/pdf-invoices/
    We would like to resolve this situation in the best way possible, so we offered you a refund. Our rating is very important to us, so we would like to solve this situation in the best way.

    We inspected the plugin that is included in our XStore theme named -> WooCommerce PDF Invoice and here is its documentation -> https://support.rightpress.net/hc/en-us/categories/200072368 .
    We want to ask you where did you get the {{_vat_number}} shortcode ? Because there is no such information about this shortcode neither in plugin’s documentation nor in plugin’s code -> https://prnt.sc/gKKYgnrYPbBB .
    We are able to try to find a solution for you to output the VAT information in your PDF templates but for this, we need you to provide us with wp-admin + ftp access to your web-site. Also, please, give us information/screenshots/video of how can we check the PDF templates after our changes ?

    I hope we are still able to help you because in the details we describe above we fully answered that {{_vat_number}} shortcode was not able to work by default. Note: Each shortcode (tag) such as the one you describe {{_vat_number}} should be implemented in code for making the depended content shown when calling such tag. It is not possible to imagine the tag you want and it will able to work just as you thought. By writing each shortcode there should be content refered to this tag -> https://prnt.sc/9tHULlxGb8Ax (example).

    Otherwise if you prefer to use another PDF invoice plugin you may try to install the next plugin which is selling on WooCommerce official web-site -> https://woocommerce.com/products/pdf-invoices/ with many filters and hooks usage examples shown in their documentation -> https://woocommerce.com/document/pdf-invoice-developer-tools/. In that case, it could be also not compatible with the WooCommerce EU VAT Number plugin but fixing this incompatibility will be in the hands of WooCommerce PDF Invoices plugin’s developers.

    About email, try to disable our Email builder (XStore > Built-in Email Builder > Off) and check if emails can be sent then.
    If the situation is independent of it, you need to contact your hosting provider and WooCommerce https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ to get assistance with this question that is independent of the theme.

    You do not need to activate bundled plugins using a key, and you can’t do it using the purchase code from the theme. As mentioned in our docs, we do not provide activation keys for plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/activation-and-purchase-codes/ . Bundled plugins do not come with personal licenses independent of the theme you purchased, read here – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins

    We asked you to check the situation with a default theme, because mentioned by you plugins are official plugins of WooCommerce https://woocommerce.com/it-it/products/eu-vat-number/ https://woocommerce.com/it-it/products/pdf-invoices/ which behavior is independent of our theme. Because plugins are paid the WooCommerce will be able to assist you.

    It appears that a third-party plugin is causing the issue. Are you using any lazy loading or optimization plugins?
    In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again.
    If you have identified the plugin causing the issue, please review the settings one by one to determine the root cause of the problem. Please keep us updated with the results.

    We have thoroughly checked the situation with emails.
    According to your screenshot -> https://gyazo.com/7c4f83ac8ad4eb933a4f5ac1bf96a905 we see that you are going to use another Email customizer which is differ from our built-in Email builder. Secondly, such order number which shown on the example does not exist on your web-site.
    Also, we see that for now, you have deactivated our built-in Email builder, so we are interested if you are planning to use our Email editor or use that extra editor we see on the screenshot.
