    Hi,

I installed your XStore theme and customized it the way I like it. Purtropp at the end of the job I found that I have a very slow site.

I then asked for professional help to optimize my site speed but after three unsuccessful attempts he told me that the problem is with the theme. So I asked him to give me a report of the problem to send to you and he wrote me this:

“Just share all the screenshot that you put into revisions and ask them whenever we cached there Theme using any plugin or trying to compress there J’s or deferred them to load quicker it goes worse, they understand it with that image’s”

Below I send you images of what is happening.

    Can you help me please?

I urgently need to start with my online business:

    Thank you
    Claudio

    Hello, @Claudio,

First of all, your site is working perfectly fine for me now: https://postimg.cc/xXKgdTPT

And this is your site Speed test result: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/blendismy.com/7DiJ02Sr/ which is obviously not good.

Now, let’s move to the suggestion provided by the GTMetrix, to overcome and speed up the site: https://postimg.cc/RJ7qH8pf

    – Reduce initial server response time: Keep the server response time for the main document short because all other requests depend on it. You can try to reach out to your hosting provider for this, OR you can consider using a plugin like WP Rocket to significantly reduce server response time » https://gtmetrix.com/go/wprocket-general

    – Avoid large layout shifts: These DOM elements contribute most to the CLS of the page: https://postimg.cc/z3Q1C0YH

    – Serve static assets with an efficient cache policy: A long cache lifetime can speed up repeat visits to your page. You can consider the WP Rocket plugin for it.

    – Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN): CDNs can give an equally fast web experience to your users across the globe. You can reach out to your hosting provider on this.

Further, you can use our theme Speed Optimization functionality and also please read our theme documentation on speed here: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/100-how-to-speed-up-my-website & https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/128-how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore

    Kind Regards,
    8Themes Team.

    Thank you for your response.

The site is now working properly because it has been fixed. However as soon as you try to optimize its speed as was explained in the first message the theme “breaks” and what you see in the sent photos happens.

For this reason I am contacting you. Because the optimization you propose in the reply has already been tried but it ruined the appearance in the frontend.

    Is this something possible?

    Hello, Claudio

We would like to inquire about the cache plugin that was used and the settings that caused the issue.
If possible, please provide us with temporary WordPress admin access.
    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, Claudio

1/ We have set up the Customizer -> Speed Optimization for improved speed. We recommend the following settings for it:
    https://prnt.sc/uKauGbEi41o0
    https://prnt.sc/COHlbIbyPZQk
    https://prnt.sc/C_DumlXg95Tr
    https://prnt.sc/_Ppadug33eBN

2/ We’ve activated and configured W3 Total Cache plugin. We recommend the following settings for it:
    https://prnt.sc/lfuL_J2Xup6r
    https://prnt.sc/aZZ_dR6u5eZh
    https://prnt.sc/O_sbJmiudZ4f
    https://prnt.sc/Z-TrVY_FdPIf
    https://prnt.sc/8XwIByHPgG9j

You can activate other settings also and test them to achieve better results, but do not activate – https://prnt.sc/UOIoz6YHIze2 , to prevent the problem.

    Kind Regards,

    Thank you for your help.
It already seems to me slightly faster than before.

So in order to get optimal optimization and achieve high scores, do you have to intervene manually?

    Hello,

I have tried troubleshooting by following your guides and hiring other professionals but I keep having problems with your theme. Whenever it is optimized with WP Rocket the structure of the theme breaks down and you can no longer see the elements like images, header, the footer correctly, you can no longer make cart additions and other such problems.

What are the best solutions when you have a problem like this? I need to be able to find a quick and permanent solution. Since I got this theme I keep having problems and I don’t understand why.

    Dear Claudio,

We are no longer able to access your admin panel, as we provided you with a solution for the W3 Total Cache cache plugin.
Since you have decided to switch to the WP Rocket plugin, we are not aware of which settings are causing you issues.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
