I wish to remove branding from the main Shop Sidebar menu?
Also, I would like to change the default for Categories to sort by custom, eg. Meat, Fish, etc rather than A-Z at present

1/ To edit the content of the Shop sidebar, please navigate to Appearance > Widgets.
2/ Regarding the Appearance > Widgets > Products Categories > Order By feature, there are two available ordering options.
