There are five areas in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS (https://prnt.sc/hykTq7ebcIqW) which related on the particular device and have a hint about the screen size which will be affected by custom code added there. The Global CSS area means that the code will work on all devices.

1/ We can see that menu elements are already in use, so you can try using an HTML block. To do this, go to Dashboard > Static blocks > Add new and create the desired content. Then, select this static block in the settings of the HTML block via the Header builder.
