Hello @Bonnie,

We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide global compatibility with this plugin as it replaces the product gallery with its own, thus our entire functionality (sliders, quick view, zoom, variations, etc.) will not be available for it.

Modifications on your site have been made to the child theme, specifically the addition of the file lilyari/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php. If you wish to use our gallery for products again, you can simply delete this file.

Please note that while this compatibility is in effect, our options for the single product gallery will not work.

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins that are not bundled with XStore. Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

Please record a video or provide screenshots of what do you mean by “mega menu i have created doesn’t work properly any more”.
