In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with Royal. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/Plugins/Included_Plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem. Let us know the result of this test.

In such case you can reach the Quantity discount shown only for specific single product following the next steps:
1/ Enable Quantity discount globally in the Sales Booster page of the Control panel but leave these values empty -> https://prnt.sc/lv-ctiEy4WW1 , so the quantity discount will not be shown anywhere.
2/ After that go to the product you want to have discounts on and create your own intervals or steps -> https://prnt.sc/qy4O79Yt6iCa
