Hi, I have 3 licenses with you and currently only 1 is in use. But when I try to use the others, I keep getting the following message – “You have reached activation number limit”. Can you please look in to this? I added all 2 licenses to the support page.

    Hello @arizvy,

We would appreciate it if you could share the two licenses in the private content area of this topic so that we can review them and provide assistance.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

Hi, I had already added the licenses, but here they are. I just realised that in fact all the 3 licenses have been used. But the problem is even if I deactivate from one site, I can’t use the freed up license on another site. Please see site details in the private area

    Hello @arizvy,

In accordance with ThemeForest’s license policy (https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard), you can use one license for one project. If all of these stores are part of the same project, then you can use one license. However, if these stores are separate projects, then you will need to purchase individual licenses for each project.

It does not matter whether you use a subdomain, main domain, root folder, or subfolder; if these sites are different projects, then you will need separate licenses for each project. If these sites are copies of the same project, then you can use one license.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    HI,

Ok I appreciate that. But should we not be allowed to reallocate our licenses to a different project?

    Hello, Arizvy,

According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site and/or localhost, but the same project), read more – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular If you want to use our theme for a few different projects you need to buy a few licenses.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
