    In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problem.

    The only situation where you may face such behavior of Cookie notice is when an incognito browser window is used, but there is no solution for it, because of the specific work of an incognito browser window https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/9845881?hl=en#zippy=%2Chow-incognito-mode-protects-your-privacy “Browsing in Incognito mode means your activity data isn’t saved on your device, or to a Google Account you’re not signed into.”

    First of all, you have to understand that hover functionality is for the Desktop and Laptop versions, where you can hover over the element with a mouse, but on mobile, the hover functionality does not work because on mobile you have to tap/click on the element, so that is the basic difference.

    1/ Please check the selected menu in Header Builder > Mobile menu. You have a few headers on the site, so do not forget to check settings for all via Multiple headers.
    We can see the Mobile panel on your Shop page – https://prnt.sc/8OCv8sVSzst4 , so what bottom menu do you mean?

    2/ We would recommend you disable Header overlap on Mobile via Header Builder > L’en-tête de chevauchement & transparent

    3/ Header Builder > Multiple headers > edit settings of Mobile menu for all your headers (3).

    To fix the problem, you need to reset the header content (via Theme Options > Header builder > Reset header builder) and then add elements again. You will not lost settings of elements, just need to set elements to desired positions after the reset.

    Please provide URL of the site and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    Please note that the child theme does not inherit the theme options of the parent theme, if you enable the child theme after demo content installation, you need to import options from the parent theme.
    Go to Theme Options (when the parent theme is activated) > Import/Export > download the export file. After that activate the child theme > go to Theme Options > Import/Export > import your options and reload the page without saving! Save options only after reloading. Check your site after that, and use the child theme.

    You created global attributes, and this is correct – https://prnt.sc/-epWbrvCWS0b , but then you created local attributes for products – https://prnt.sc/ZV3Qu4wf6P3Q (same name but local, so the filter doesn’t work in this case). Once we add for the product your global attribute – https://prnt.sc/VVdD4Pks_BWS , the filter works fine, so you can delete the local attribute and use global.
