Cookie notice shows up on every page, even after acceptingTheme version: 9.0.4 WooCommerce version: 7.1
Please try to disable the cache plugin and check how it works then.
In order to prevent the notice popup from being cached, please add the following cookies to your cache plugin settings > Reject Cookies:

I did that. Still, that has not been resolved.

We’ve checked and do not see the problem on your site. Please clear cache of your browser and check one more time. Try to check the Cookie notice from another device or browser.
I tried on multiple browsers and multiple devices, in incognito mode. The message still pops up even after accepting the cookie notice and loading another.
Load home page. Accpet cookie notice.
Now navigate to another page on the site.
You will see the message popping up again

Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problem.
The only situation where you may face such behavior of Cookie notice is when an incognito browser window is used, but there is no solution for it, because of the specific work of an incognito browser window https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/9845881?hl=en#zippy=%2Chow-incognito-mode-protects-your-privacy “Browsing in Incognito mode means your activity data isn’t saved on your device, or to a Google Account you’re not signed into.”
