I have set the breadcrumb settings to show: Home Screen>Shop (or Blog) on the left. With FAQ, on the other hand, this ad appears in the middle and the green area is much larger. I don’t know why a different breadcumb is shown for FAQ.

I would like to eliminate the white gap between the breadcrumb and the FAQ questions. How do I do that?

When I edit the footer with Elementor the font is a completely different font than it appears now on our website. How can this be?

I found the solutions for the breadcumbs.

Is it possible to change the footer font “Roboto Condensed” with Lato 14px?

    Hello Juergen,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    1) Great to hear that you have found a solution for the breadcrumbs! It’s always satisfying to be able to solve a problem, and We are glad that you were able to do so.

    2) We have reviewed your website and determined that the issue is caused by the CDN being activated. Please refer to the image at the following link for reference: https://postimg.cc/t7LGxPwM

If the changes you have made in the Customizer are not visible on the front page, it is likely a cache issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

We recommend that you try temporarily disabling any CDN caching and cache plugins, and clearing the browser cache, and then checking again.

We have also recorded a video of your website for your reference. Please view it in its entirety in the private content area.

We hope this resolves your issue.

    3) You can change the font of the footer by navigating to Xstore > Theme Options > Typography > Body Typeface. There, you can select the Font family and Font size according to your preferences. Please refer to the attached image for further reference. https://postimg.cc/XGNG0t4t

    Hi Toni,

I can’t find a CDN plugin among my installed plugins. I have deactivated my W3 Cache plugin.
I have selected the font Lato in Typography. Unfortunately the font does not change at all in the footer. It still shows Roboto Condensed.

So the problem must be somewhere else. Could you please check this.

When I go to the contact page there is no space between the send button and the footer. Could you please tell me how to adjust the spacing so that it doesn’t look like the send button is “glued” to the footer.

    I hope you can help.

    Best regards

    Jürgen

    Hello Juergen,

    1) In order to deactivate the CDN on your site, we recommend that you contact your web hosting provider. Ask them to flush the complete CDN and server cache and disable the CDN for your website until you are in the development process.

    2) We have reviewed your website and applied the Lato font to the Typography settings. The font appears to be working correctly in the Elementor Live mode (see link: https://postimg.cc/gnjkgqzq), however, it is not appearing on the frontend (see link: https://postimg.cc/t1XczDy9). If the changes you have made in the Customizer are not visible on the front page, it is likely a cache issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

We suggest that you attempt to temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, and clear the browser cache, and then check again.

    3. We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. Please clear your browser cache and check back to your site. We have added the margin to the section on the contact page, as shown in the screenshot here: https://postimg.cc/6y3NBjRF. The resulting screenshot is here: https://postimg.cc/r035zYsg.

    Hi Toni,

    Hello,
my hoster just wrote the following:

we do not use a CDN cache.

If you still see something “old”, then it can only be your browser cache or possibly the Internet access provider, if they use a CDN.

Usually you can fix this by clearing the browser cache. Alternatively, also times with the cell phone (without Wlan!) Call the page, so at least to see that it is displayed differently there.

My iPhone shows the same footer without the Lato font. Does it make sense to make a new footer?
