    Unfortunately, this cannot be changed as this is how the fb login process works, it can’t be done without redirects.

    You can not use our Loginisation via FB and try to find an additional plugin for this, but we can suggest such plugin or guarantee compatibility.

    1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    2/ Let us know the result, and provide temporary wp-admin + FTP access.

    1/ We’ve checked and it works fine for us on our site. We use Chrome browser.

    2/ Please provide an example (record a video, upload it on a filesharing service, and provide the URL of it via the Private Content area), because we can clearly see the new logo image, that we’ve uploaded.

    Hello, Juergen,

    We’ve created a new product “New test product” and duplicated one of the existing products “AirPods Pro (Kopie)”, without any problem.

    But we can see critical error from jetpack plugin: 2023-04-06T10:05:40+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_id() on null in /wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/woocommerce-analytics/classes/class-jetpack-woocommerce-analytics-universal.php:264
    to check the issue please, go to Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs and select today’s log.
    We would recommend you disable the jetpack plugin or contact their support.

    After disabling the jetpack plugin, please record a video for us where we will be able to see the problem with the new product creation. Do not forget to clear cache of browser.

    We added your next code to your child-theme/functions.php

    Also, added few lines CSS to XStore AMP -> Custom CSS tab

    Do you mean this – https://prnt.sc/quf-Fmak0D4K It is normal practice for products whose content was created using Elementor, and this is independent of the theme. You can contact the support of Elementor and ask about details. If demo products were created using Elementor, their “description” can be edited using Elementor only. But you can create new products and not use Elementor there.

    1/ You can enable Mega Menu Dropdown Full-Width via Theme options > Header Builder > Menu.

    2/ Default Product Sorting for Shop page comes from WooCommerce plugin and it is independent of our theme. You can change it via Appearance> Customize > WooCommerce > Product catalog, or contact support of the WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
