    We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Could you provide URL of your site, temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    “Single product page” settings are available when Single Product Builder is disabled in Theme Options > WooCommerce.

    Elementor > Settings > Integrations > WooCommerce > Choose Disable to opt out of using Elementor’s Mini Cart template https://elementor.com/help/menu-cart-widget-pro/

    It means the situation is independent of our theme code.
    You can one more time confirm it by activating the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront and checking the work of emails.
    We would recommend you contact the support of WooCommerce, maybe they will be able to give you some advice.

    You can ask your hosting provider to help you create a full backup, for case something goes wrong.

Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

    – Also, please make sure that problems are not caused by your custom changes in files.

    You are using a child theme, please check if you have the same problem when the parent theme is activated.

    Hello, Plusout,

    In regards to the settings of the theme and related plugins, you need to do the following:
    1/ Activate the child theme;
    2/ Go to the Customizer and export the options as shown in the screenshot below: https://gyazo.com/6e911ef032ccbe80d06c33ab84fc14e7;
    3/ Reactivate the parent theme and export the options again;
    4/ Import the options of the child theme to the parent theme;
    5/ Check if everything works;
    6/ Restore the options of the parent theme by importing them.
    Please, be careful and do not mix up the option files, also do not delete them.

    Have you tried to contact the CartFlows support team?
    Provide FTP access, so we can check more deeply what can be done to help you.

    Hello, Adeel Khan,

    We identified an issue with the file “optimization.php” from your theme located at /wp-content/themes/zainfurniture/framework/features/optimization.php, which was different from the original file from the theme located at /wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/features/optimization.php. We have now corrected this.

    If you rename the folder containing the parent theme, please make sure that all the files in the renamed folder correspond to the files of the current version of the theme.

    1/ It’s related to the speed of the scripts loading. Elementor and our theme use scripts to apply styles, so it takes some time while necessary scripts are loaded. You can enable the site preloader (Theme Options > General) to hide that effect or try to speed up the scripts loading using cache plugin, improve server speed settings.

    For this icon box – https://prnt.sc/woab25_5vdBb you can add a link to a page. Stores location you can add to the content of that page. Sorry, but we can’t guide you on what exactly plugin is used to create content from your example, because that is not our demo site.
