Please read our reply one more time.
Custom code in functions.php file starts from 7 line but it is all other file content, not just code on our screenshot. Some part of the code causes the problem, we can’t say for sure what exactly part because tests should be done by you, part by part.
Please check functions.php file on your staging site, you will see that the code is commented (disabled), if you do not need all the disabled code, you may not enable it and just delete it.

Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

If it is not an issue with the plugin, please provide us with FTP access so that we can investigate the situation further.

Our theme does not have the option to fix the footer to the window bottom. It displays the footer at the bottom of the page content and if your page content is too short then additional space appears below the footer to the window bottom.
You can try to use the next custom CSS code:

.content-page {
    min-height: calc(100vh - 400px);
}

Please check your tabs settings one more time, you select the same static block for all tabs – https://prnt.sc/P45XmWNxD77f , in static block settings it is selected to show products from 4 categories randomly https://prnt.sc/yQfXmTmzb3Ik According to your settings it works fine.
In case you want every tab shows products from 1 particular category, you need to have 4 separate static blocks, and in their settings only 1 particular category should be selected.
