Icons on furniture theme are not moving (as in demo theme) but static also footer background

    Hi Xthemes just bought your theme yesterday a couple of questions.

    1. On the homepage below image on the furniture theme there are icons (fastest shipping, 100% payment etc) on demo theme they bounce up and down but on mine they are static can you fix please.

    2. Near the bottom of the homepage there is an issue –

    a. in the footer the heading ‘Have a Question’ is blue and out of sync (but ok on back end) not as in demo also the wallpaper background pattern in footer doesn’t appear on live page but only in wordpress backend when on elementor.

    1/ Demo uses Little icons, but this type of icons can’t be imported, so they were replaced by images.

    Hi Rose and team thanks for the help, but I have a couple of questions –

    1. Which plugin or can your theme do the following –

    A product filter that is different for each category meaning it only displays the relevant filters for that category and not everything, meaning – all filters for all categories all lumped in one huge list a customer has to scroll down regardless of what category shop page he or she is searching e.g.

    category shop page for – Drinks

    Drinks –

    Cans
    500ml Boottles
    2l Bottles

    Category shop page for – Chocolate

    Chocolate –

    Cadburys
    Nestle
    Mars

    If your theme does not have it built in which plugin does this please.

    2. Is Nitropack safe to use with this theme?

    1/ Our theme or WooCommerce plugin does not have filter by category widget. There is only Product categories list widget.
    If you need to filter by categories you need to look for a third-party filter plugin that has such a filter widget. We did not test such plugins with our theme officially, so can’t give you a solid recommendation. You may contact the support of WooCommerce to get advice – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
    Or submit your request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/, and our dev team will analyze how many people need this also and if there is the possibility to do this.

    2/ We know that some of our customers use this plugin.
    Note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Hi Rose thanks for the reply, I have another question.

    Q. If you go to my website, you will see that my logo is not very big I tried changing some of the parameters in ‘Build a Header’ but the logo itself never get any bigger.

    The logo is too small

    Also in mobile view it sits on the bottom line rather than the middle.

    Could you fix please.

    q. I have added a slider on homepage but can you tell me what are the dimensions my templates (using canva) need to be in px so they fit perfectly in this slider

    Hi Rose thanks for your previous response – I have another question

    q. Why is there no option for a customer signup page – when you click ‘SIGNIN’ in the top bar it assumes you are already a customer – no option to signup

    1/ Please check how it works on our demos. Registration functionality comes from WooCommerce plugin, so read this article, please – https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#accounts-and-privacy-settings

    2/ You can configure the position of slider content (including the button) via these settings – https://prnt.sc/2m3dqbrt4GOa
    There is no custom button position, unfortunately.

    Hi Rose – I have 2 questions –

    1. Can you alter images in sliders so they fit in the sliders on mobile view?

    2. I applied 2 patches in your patches section then purged all cache (using cloudways BREEZE plugin) also cleared cache using OBJECT CACHE PRO but when I went back to patches the same 2 patches were there again as if I had not updated them so I ‘applied all patches’ again and followed procedure above but they still are on the list as if I have not updated?

    Hi Rose thanks again for your support and answers above but – I have another question

    how can you add another info box in the checkout page –

    So you have address boxes etc but I want to add a box so a person can add their VAT number.

    Tried going to pages-checkout page- edit with elementor but you cannot edit anything
