    Dear xStore Support Team,

I am writing to you about an issue I am experiencing on my online store, ANFI-Power.ro. The store is built on WordPress (version 6.2.1) with WooCommerce (version 7.7.0), using the xStore theme (version 9.1.5). We are currently running PHP version 7.4.33.

The problem involves Ajax Product Tabs on our Home Page. They are not being displayed in the frontend, despite appearing as expected in the Elementor visual editor. This issue has occurred following a series of modifications to the site.

In an attempt to resolve the problem, I have tried the following:

    1. Clearing cache in LiteSpeed
    2. Accessing the site from multiple browsers in incognito mode
    3. Regenerating CSS files from the Elementor –> Tools menu
    4. Deactivating the ‘Remove Query Strings From Static Resources’ and ‘Static Blocks Cache’ options in the xStore theme settings

Unfortunately, none of these steps has resolved the issue, and the products are still not displaying on the Home Page in the frontend.

To assist you in diagnosing and resolving the issue, I will provide login details for the website.

I look forward to hearing from you with a solution to this issue. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Best regards,
    ~Victor

    Hello Nastase Victor,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

If it is not an issue with the plugin, please provide us with FTP access so that we can investigate the situation further.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soo

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
