Make sure that 3rd party plugins are deactivated, for example, the Kirki plugin, may cause a compatibility issue.
Please provide us with the URL of your site, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access. We will check the situation more deeply and help you.

BE ATTENTIVE and don’t place the private information in the general message area because all the visitors have access to that information.
We’ve edited your reply and moved credentials into the Private Content area.

Hello, Infinit55555,
Thank you for your response.
Have you tried to disable all 3rd party plugins and check how emails work then?
Please let us know the result.
Also, make sure that custom changes in the child theme don’t affect the work of the email builder.
If the problem is independent of plugins and custom changes in files, please record a video of the problem and your actions. Provide FTP access, then this topic will be passed to our developers.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best Regards,

Hello, Charles Siritho,
To find out if the mentioned behavior comes from our theme or from somewhere else, we asked you to check how it works with the Storefront theme.
Did you do the test?
Provide us with temporary wp-admin access, so we can do this test on your site.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Dear, Zjulie1,
Thank you for your response.
We provide support for our theme only and we explained that there is no bug in our theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/support/
We are compatible with Elementor Pro, but this plugin doesn’t come bundled with our theme https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins . Also, you are using other 3rd party plugins on the site, and a bit more deep test is needed to find out how they affect the functionality on the site and which of them causes problems.
Our answer doesn’t mean that the problem is caused by Elementor Pro (we are ready to help with questions related to the compatibility of our theme with Elementor Pro), it means: “We’ve disabled some of the 3rd party plugins on your site and all works fine without them.”
You can check by yourself further, for example, Elementor Pro is activated on your site, we disable only Product Filter for WooCommerce and WP Categories Widget plugins (not the official woocommerce plugin), and our filters work fine – https://prnt.sc/Jc-IxzRzg-K7
Next situation, only ShopLentor – WooCommerce Builder for Elementor & Gutenberg plugin is disabled, as a result no products on the Shop page so the search can’t be tested.
We understand that you ask us to add compatibility with all 3rd party plugins that you installed on the site, but it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
We always do our best to help our customers, and even can help add compatibility with a 3rd party plugin (it is out of our basic support scope), but in your case, it is not 1 plugin and you continue to reiterate that the issue is within the theme and that we must do things that are outside of our support scope. We feel that the time and effort we have to put in may be met with negativity from your side, unfortunately. Therefore, we have once again explained the situation to you and we will continue to act according to our support policy which you had the opportunity to read prior to purchasing the theme. Otherwise, it would be unfair to our other customers.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you with questions related to our theme and plugins which comes bundled.
Try to contact support plugins, maybe they will assist you. In another case, you will need to hire a developer who will sort out the effect of 3rd party plugins and will be able to create compatibility between plugins together and the theme.
Kind Regards,
8theme team

Hello, Nicolo,
“I just want it back to default please.” – as we can see, the space between products is already 30px. Have you sorted it out?
“Can you assist on the custom css code?” – yes, here is an example of code, that you can add into Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS:
.product {
padding: 0px 5px !important;
}
Kind Regards,
8theme team
After following the recommendations from our latest response, please let us know the desired product image spacing value.
The default 30px value can be changed for Shop using custom CSS code.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hello, Nicolo,
Please reply back here, not by email.
By default image spacing on the Shop page is 30px, for example, https://xstore.8theme.com/product-category/all/ , but in your case, the space is large because of product image proportions.
Please try to activate “Stretch Image” in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products design.
Private Content.

Hello, Theo,
Thank you for your response.
Product categories should be added there automatically, after creating categories via Dashboard > Products > Categories and adding products to categories.
Please make sure that your categories are not empty https://prnt.sc/CDC1KR5hEZ1k , and disable the Menu cache via Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
We hope this information is helpful.

Hello, Stefan,
Thank you for your response.
Theme Custom CSS comes from XStore. Custom CSS code appeared there after the demo content import.
If you are not sure if you need all that code, copy it in a file on your computer, then delete it from the site and Save Theme Options. If all works fine, maybe that code is not needed for your project.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hello @stefan,
Thank you for your response.
The fix should work fine in the latest theme version – 9.1.11. Please update the theme > go to XStore Patcher > click on Refresh patches > apply “FIXED: Minor CSS issues” patch.

8Theme’s Team
