    Do you mean products on the Shop page? Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products design > Products No Space > On.
    There are no additional options for this.

    Styling of it comes from a browser you are using. This dropdown shows all categories. You can only disable categories via Theme Options > Header Builder> Search.

    Please go to Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu > Dropdown Opening Action > Off.

    If you do not want to use the custom CSS code. Go to Header Builder > Main menu > Computed Box For The Menu Item > Padding > set 34px for top and bottom.

    You can check different settings of the LiteSpeed cache plugin to find out which one causes the problem or contact the support team of the plugin directly.

    We can provide support for our theme only.

    The Cartflows plugin is not a part of our theme, so you may contact support of the plugin directly.
    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    2/ If you are using a child theme, make sure that the changes there are not causing the problem.

    There is no such option, and it is not a bug. Mentioned searches are different and there is no quick way to change it without additional customization in files which is out of our basic support scope, unfortunately.

    If you are ready to create a staging site > do tests there and provide us with feedback here, we can send you new archives of the theme and Core plugin.

    If you need the “Back in Stock email notification” right now, contact WooCommerce plugin support and ask what plugin they sagest for it – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
    Please note that we can’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins.

    We do not have this problem on our test sites. Please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can check the situation more deeply.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Mentioned pages can be translated, and you can even change it’s displaying via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout, but there is no option to edit content, by default. These pages use WooCommerce shortcodes – https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/

    If you want to edit the cart and checkout, we would recommend you contact WooCommerce support – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    What exactly you did for “full auto translate” before the problem happened?
    You can try to delete the translation.
    The correct translation should not cause any problem, we know it because a lot of our customers translated Core already.

    What FTP password can be used?

    We checked the critical issue on your website and found that the fatal error comes from “woo-advanced-discounts“ plugin on line 1410 → wp-content/plugins/woo-advanced-discounts/includes/class-wad-discount.php on line 1420 . It is not related to our theme.

    Fix for such error should be added directly in the plugin’s file, so you need to contact the plugin’s author.

    For this time we added a workaround solution in woo-advanced-discounts/includes/class-wad-discount.php but this fix will be removed after plugin update so they should implement it globally.

    Describing you the issue in a few words we can tell you that $args[‘cross_sells’] does not contain products objects but only their ids. In such case, they should add conditions to check if there are full products objects or only ids for making the array_map function applied.
