Hi I have recently purchased Xstore but I have been unable to activate Xstore Core plug-in.

Initially, I got my hosting provider to increase the:
Max execution time: min (120-180) 120

It now says I meet all server requirements but when I try to install and activate the core plugin when importing demo it stalls.

I have tried installing the Core plug-in (5.1.11) via FTP and manually uploading to WordPress but once installed I still cannot activate it.

I would appreciate your help with getting this working.

    Thanks

    Hello, Patrick,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Make sure that 3rd party plugins are deactivated, for example, the Kirki plugin, may cause a compatibility issue.

Please provide us with the URL of your site, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access. We will check the situation more deeply and help you.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
