You have 2 xstore themes on the site (old and new). We are not sure why you did not delete the old, but the reason of the problem was that translation of the latest xstore version, activated on the site, was not updated. We sync translation to fix it – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ , so now you can edit translation and changes will be applayed.

Also, please be so kind and do 2 more tests:
– check how it works when the parent theme is activated (to be sure that changes in child theme files don’t affect the mail);
– disable all 3rd party plugins and test how it works then, to be sure there is no conflict with a plugin.

Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites/ – you can create a test site with one of the mentioned domain patterns.

You can just install the theme on the main site, it should not cause lost content. Only in case you run a full import of the demo, new content will be added, so you will get a mix of your and new content.

There is no option to quickly switch between demos, unfortunately.
If you import one demo, then want to change to another one, you will get a mess. We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch. But it may not be suitable for you, in case you do not want to lose your current content.

Do you mean to search in the header? The header can be easily customized via our Theme options > Header builder > Mobile content.

We would recommend reading the documentation of the plugins first, then you can post a new topic on our support forum (one topic=1 question), and we will do our best to assist you.

At this time, XStore AMP does not support multi-languages, unfortunately. It can’t be fixed in a short time. We kindly ask you to submit this request on – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ and be patient as this is a significant task to implement and requires resolving any potential bugs that may arise.
Currently, the options are to either not use AMP or to be content with one language.
