    Hello, Roland,

    Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    Please go to Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Products style > Show Excerpt In Content Product > Off.
    It is because your excerpt contains tags, and when a part of the excerpt is taken to show on the Shop page, some unclosed tags cause the problem. Keep the option disabled or edit the description of products. You can add a few words in the Short description area, without tags, then the content will be displayed just fine.

    Please temporarily disable: Menu cache, Static blocks cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. These can be found under Theme Options > Speed Optimization.

    Clear cache of browser or cache plugin (in case you are using cache plugin) and check if changes can be visible.

    Hello Tal,

    Thank you for your response, but we can’t connect:

    Error:        	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error:        	Could not connect to server

    Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
    Is there a restriction by ip or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

    Your test confirmed that the problem is independent of our theme, it is independent of any theme you are using, so it can’t be fixed from the theme side, because the issue is not affected by the theme. We hope it is clear now.

    About the solution: yes, you need to contact WooCommerce support, but at the same time, you need to contact your hosting provider, sometimes such problems can be caused by something from the server side.
    Verify with your hosting provider if there are any specific requirements or restrictions for sending emails from your server. They might have certain limitations or configurations that need to be addressed.
    Make sure that Mail function is enabled on your server, check mail logs, and make sure that the mail function works fine from the server side.

    Thank you for your response, but we can’t connect.
    Please check – try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
    Is there a restriction by ip or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

    This was our response https://prnt.sc/5KGQci9jDwfb , but when we go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Pagination type it is “Infinite scroll” not “Default” now. Have you changed the type? Why? They do the same thing, so conflict.

    Please select 1: “Infinite scroll” in Theme Options or WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin. Once you select one of them, clear cache and check the result.

    Please read the next article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ Main image width takes from these settings, and the height is proportional.
    It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.
    If you do not want to resize images manually, contact the support of WooCommerce, maybe they will be able to give you some other suggestions.

    At first sight, we do not see anything from our theme side that may affect your checkout fields.
    Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site (go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check if your issue appears with our theme only or with the default WooCommerce theme too).
    Let us know the result. In case you get the same result independently of the activated theme, it means there is really no XStore fault.

    It will replace the Home page by the page you selected (no header and footer).
    Other pages will be still available by direct URLs.
    If you want to hide all other pages at all, you need to use the Maintenance Mode plugin instead. You can find the plugin by yourself or WordPress support can suggest you such plugin, we do not have restrictions for them.

Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    If it is not the fault of plugins, please provide FTP access, we will check the problem more deeply.
