We would like to bring to your attention that there was a typographical error in our previous response. We intended to refer to “desktop devices”.

Please check our demos to find out how the menu works with XStore theme. If the mega menu was created using a static block it can be displayed correctly for desktop devices only, so we created a separate Mobile Menu. If the mega menu was created in the default way, it can be shown for mobile too – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/mega-menu/

We kindly request you provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. This will allow us to investigate the problem in a more comprehensive manner.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Currently, we only see an issue with the cache on the server (there is a 90% chance that the problem will occur on the default theme too). The screenshot has been sent in Private Content. Please ask your hosting provider to check this problem.
