3, 4/ It is up to you, on our demos, we select fonts in 2 mentioned places, not for H1/2/3/4/5.
If you have some doubts, contact support of the Elementor plugin.

In the debug log, our theme is not mentioned, but the Fatal error is in alidswoo plugin. Please contact support of the plugin and let us know their answer.

Also, provide FTP access, so we can check the problem more deeply.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

“..just login” – yes, we did it, as you can see on the screenshot that we provided you in the private content area, we are logged into your site and access Theme options > Header Builder.
We’ve also checked from a real mobile device, and the header on mobile works fine.
Please clear the cache on your side to solve the problem.
