Alidropship unable to import products with XStore

Hello, the plugin Alidropship is unable to import products with it’s chrome extension when XStore theme is active.

It gets stuck when importing product attributes and doesn’t import the product sometimes, leaving some duplicated attributes behind.

When i deactivate the theme and use a simple one like Storefront, the import works seamlessly.

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

Try to disable Variation Swatches via Theme Options, before the import, and check how it works then.

I understand but all pre-sales questions about this exact compatibility is answer with something like “we’ll do our best to help”.

Just tried disabling Variation Swatches via Theme Options and unfortunately is not the cause.

Hello, Hawt,

We appreciate your prompt response.

In the debug log, our theme is not mentioned, but the Fatal error is in alidswoo plugin. Please contact support of the plugin and let us know their answer.

Also, provide FTP access, so we can check the problem more deeply.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
