    Hello, Peter,

    Our customers sometimes install a separate plugin and use such a format (either regenerated old images to a new one or immediately took such a one) – they did not complain.

    However, with this format, emails do not display images very well – https://www.caniemail.com/search/?s=Webp (provided our builder or cross/app sales display in the letter)

    Therefore, you can use this format at your discretion.

    We would recommend you contact WordPress support.
    “Discourage search engines from indexing this site” you can enable via Settings > Reading > Search engine visibility.

    Currently, we suppose that access is not needed, because the described situation is independent of our theme. To confirm this, just activated the Storefront theme on site and check how it works.

    Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Try to disable Variation Swatches via Theme Options, before the import, and check how it works then.

    If we have understood you correctly, your request was as follows:

    1. If a product is a group product (i.e., it consists of several other products), then all these products are purchased when buying the group product.

    2. When switching to cards, if a product was a child product (added from a group product), the link was not to it but to its group product (from which it was added).

    3. This cannot be implemented because when adding a group product, all regular products are simply added and there is nothing unique to know that it was specifically added from a group product.

    1.1. We asked you to provide us with more details (screenshots, videos or gifs) for better understanding your request.
    1.2. We asked you to provide us temporary wp-admin and FTP access but this was skipped from your side as well.

    It is vital to mention that in case you still want us to try to help you then give us the answers to the questions we asked you before and double-check the access you provide (to prevent long conversations about incorrect access).

    2. You should ask such questions your plugin as it is their project and they know their product’s possibilities →

    We’ve disabled the Kirki plugin on your site, and after that, we activated the XStore Core plugin.
    Please do not activate the Kirki plugin because it causes conflict and problems.
