Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

Please test how this plugin works with Storefront (default WooCommerce theme), and record a video.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

After that, provide URL of product from your video, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access.
We will check what can be done to help you.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Go to Dashboard > Plugins > disable 3rd party plugins on your site one by one to see after which one the problem will be solved.

We have done this for you, WP-Optimize – Nettoyer, compresser, mettre en cache. plugin is the reason for the problem.

The issue is caused by the Gplzone Updater Plugin. It hides updates not only for the Xstore theme but also for other plugins. Video in the Private Content area.
We have disabled it and updated our theme and plugin, after which we re-enabled the Gplzone Updater Plugin. If you wish to see other hidden updates, simply disable the Gplzone Updater Plugin.

The problem on your site is definitely caused by a 3rd party plugin. We disabled all such plugins and the Close button works fine after that.

Due to the activation of caches and CDN on your end, it is not possible for us to determine which specific plugin is causing the issue. This is because each plugin needs to be turned off and a waiting period of 30 minutes is required for verification, and you have 46 of them.
Therefore, you need to disable all caches and CDN and find out which specific plugin is causing the problem.
This screenshot https://prnt.sc/uo7cX-qG-j_G may provide a clue. It appears to be a plugin that adds an additional area on mobile.
