Xstore incompatible with “Flexible Quantity – Measurement Price Calculator for WooCommerce”

Hey there.
There is a huge incompatibility with the WordPress plugin “Flexible Quantity – Measurement Price Calculator for WooCommerce”. This plugin allow my client to use “Kilo” or “meters” has a way to add price in the cart.

I thought it was the plugin to be fair, but when I changed the theme, it worked like a charm. Any thoughts on this?

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

Please test how this plugin works with Storefront (default WooCommerce theme), and record a video.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

After that, provide URL of product from your video, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access.
We will check what can be done to help you.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
