We do not have additional settings for sorting from our theme side, they are taken from WooCommerce.

Please downgrade the PHP version from 8.2.9 version to 8.0, then temporarily disable 3rd party plugins, for example – LiteSpeed Cache, Hostinger AI Assistant, Starter Templates, Elementor Pro. After that, go to XStore > Import demos > click on Delete content button, then run import one more time.

If you want to activate the overall for the Home page only, do this via Header Builder > Multiple headers.

We’ve disabled the Menu cache via Theme Options > Speed optimization and disable 3rd=party plugins on your site. Header builder settings work fine now. You can check. When you enable a new plugin, please check if it causes a problem or not.
Do you want to make the header transparent for the Home page only or for all pages?
To create a custom header for the Home page, go to Header Builder > Multiple headers > Create header > set new header for the Home page only – https://prnt.sc/KkzwaQyM1Wn7

Do you mean you tried to disable the Email Builder https://prnt.sc/0H1ZNt-LuQfN and emails can’t be sent still? If you did not try this, please do.
If the problem persists independintly of activation the Email Builder , please do one more test:
– activate Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) on site and test emails then.
If the problem persists independently of the activated theme, we would recommend you to contact your hosting provider and check the mail log + contact support of WooCommerce.
