    We would like to suggest the following possible solutions:
    1. Contact WPML directly for assistance.
    2. Test a real order, as there may be issues with the test version.
    3. Consider using the plugin that was previously used for translations.

    You need to solve this first, we would recommend you contact the hosting provider to get assistance (it is not something that can be solved from the theme side).

    We have tested a few product pages and here are our results:
    1/ In case we come to this product for the same first time then loading time comes to 3-4s (that is pretty ok depending on weight of files/images/scripts etc. on page) = https://prnt.sc/BFNJDPjdrshO

    3/ By inspection the headers of any product page we notice that it has Cache control set to ‘no-cache’ value → https://prnt.sc/WO7cvxSvRIxl
    The no-cache directive means that a browser may cache a response, but must first submit a validation request to an origin server https://www.imperva.com/learn/performance/origin-server/ . Such setting could be set in your .htaccess file on the server or globally across the server you are using, so you need to ask your hosting provider to fix such issue of ‘no-cache’ control.     “it does not show and it does not add the add-on to the cart/checkout. ” – please provide screenshots of 1/where it doesn’t shown; 2/ where it shows when Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) is activated.
    Use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/ to upload ready photos there and provide us with URLs.

    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    6, 9/ Any changes made to the parent xstore theme or plugin will be added in the update. However, changes made to the child theme were done just for you.

    Why you can’t? Have you tried it via Header Builder? We are not sure about your goal, but you can disable the Off-Canvas for cart here – https://prnt.sc/RoLDLj0ZPk1o or delete the Cart element from the header content and use HTML or Widget.

    Please check from other devices too.

    It can be a problem in an old version of your browser or cache or an additional extension there.

    We are sure that there is a cache and it is causing the problem.

    3/ Then we set that new page as Cart https://prnt.sc/vj8vojAj1Yi7
    4/ After implementing additional changes on this new page, it still displays the cached old content (only the one that was initially saved).

    You need to resolve the cache issue from your end, or build the content you desire on an entirely new page and then іудусе it as the Сart page, as we have described in points 2-3.

    Sorry for the delay in answering.

    1/ https://prnt.sc/z86ZS-W0FS0G – we do not see the mentioned payment provider. Please login to the site using the credentials you provided for us and record a video, so we can then repeat your actions. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    2/ Upon reviewing the logs, it appears that errors are originating from another plugin – https://prnt.sc/sCewC4-NXf1- . Could you please test how it functions when this plugin is disabled and confirm if everything is okay? I also noticed that this particular error is triggered when an email begins its dispatch, hence there is a probability.
