Many issues with theme and XStore builder pages

Hi, Lots of issues with the theme, tried to get a refund but you won’t give it to me. Here is my list so far. There are more things that are wrong but i can’t be bothered listing them until others are fixed

1. The product title in the shop category view won’t change when i set everything in Elementor site settings to 12px. (Getting around this with the Xstore builder – that doesn’t work but does allow me to change to font size)

2. Mini cart doesn’t open when i add products to cart – it did, now it doesn’t. Why!?

3. Can’t customise mini cart enough and padding is way off on the top sometimes hiding the logo. – Also, how can i load the mini cart during design preview? it Just keeps opening the cart page.

4. Cart/checkout breadcrumbs are too large and don’t offer enough customisation options.

5. Compatibility issue with Photo Reviews plugin as it cuts off text.

6. Padding and text size for basket totals on cart page is awful, doesn’t allow lots of information to fit there well. Doesn’t even highlight selected method, other themes at least bold the selection.

7. No option to add secondary menu to bottom header on mobile devices.

8. Tried building a single product page with page XStore builder but page doesn’t load in hooks for clearpay and other plugins that insert into my pages such as timers etc.

9. Tried building product archive page for Shop and Categories page. Categories doesn’t loads correctly. Text overlay issues. – https://woocommerce-799750-4022271.cloudwaysapps.com/shop/
9.1. Also cannot sort products buy sales/popularity.
9.2. Also cannot arrange categories manually or by menu order when adding them
9.3. Filters don’t work
9.4 Show qty button doesn’t work

10. Search results doesn’t work, just loads shop page with a filter added but doesn’t filter results

11. Can’t work out how to add images to menu items (desktop and mobile)

12. Not enough footer options, 6 is better for an organised desktop site.

14. Cannot change footer title colours

1/ Please check now. The font-size can be edited. The problem was caused by font-size for links from elementor settings that have the highest priority.

Also, in Archive builder, it is recommended to use not Products grid, but Archive products element https://prnt.sc/wQRNGS0Z_Crc

2/ We’ve changed the “Product Added Notification” via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop Page Layout. Please check now.

3/ “Can’t customise mini cart enough” – for example?

“Also, how can i load the mini cart during design preview? It just keeps opening the cart page.” – this is a specific behavior in Preview mode, just open one more tab where you will be able to check the Off-Canvas cart content.

4/ Theme Options > Breadcrumbs > disable Special Breadcrumb On The Cart, Checkout, And Order Pages. Also, you can use our Cart/checkout builders > Breadcrumbs element https://prnt.sc/ZJPtqAOqik2H

5/ Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins (any theme on the market can not do this). Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support. But we are ready to help your customers with their requests.

6/ Please provide some screenhots for a better understanding of your requests.

1. I will have to test once if i stop using the Xstore builder. I’ve noticed i cannot change the Product name title size on the product page? Where do i set that?

6/ See attached photo. Why is the font so large!? We use Flexible Shipping plugin, it allows for shipping method description, which is what you can see for Special Delivery which shows “Guaranteed next day by 1pm” This does not look good. I also attached video comparing your theme to Flatsome.

9. Please see attached image. The text aligns to the right and overlaps, it seems to change depending on screen size but it’s clearly not right. You can see on the size it tries to show product count. See attached video.

9.2. I’ll add the suggestion to feature request

9.4/ It was for the shop view grid but it doesn’t work with Product Archives so please ignore.

11/ How can i change the size of the image? That option to set the image location doesn’t aways show? It when trying to edit my menus it doesn’t show ‘Use img like’ and ‘Background position’

14/ There is no option there to change title colour, only the links.

15. I have noticed an issue with Spotlight Categories. – On mobile when you scroll it won’t come back – see attached video

1/ Without our builder for products archive, custom CSS can be used to change title font-size:

9/ Thank you for the bug report. Our dev team will fix it in the next theme update. Currently, you can show only products correctly, please go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Catalogue > Shop Page Display > select “Shop products”.

11/ It shows the real size of the uploaded image, so you need to prepare image using a graphic editor and upload it from the start in the desired size.

8/ Thank you for this, this has helped me with the timers. However I cannot see how I can fix the issue for clearpay? All of the woocommerce hooks are cart and checkout related? I cannot see any product page hooks?

8. You may need to browse via service that lets you change you GEOIP. The better test product is a simple product. This product: https://woocommerce-799750-4022271.cloudwaysapps.com/shop/black-tactical-lead-frog-clip/

It is the plugin called ‘Clearpay Gateway for WooCommerce’

I have added a screenshot to the folder shared in private area showing the Clearpay information that the plugin inserts on a product page without builder.

16. Is there a replacement widget for ‘Products’ as I’ve noticed it’s deprecated?
‘Product Archives’ doesn’t allow me to filter what categories i can show? I’ve added image to the Shared folder. This widget was working for my shop page but now when i try to add to my homepage it doesn’t find any products. – There’s not option to set a query/filter?

We think that is it because of the js script issues that are not related to our theme -> https://prnt.sc/Eclh4-2t9sAq because there is the same error with the default StoreFront theme as well -> https://prnt.sc/1efTMg0gZoTB. To fix the issue you can contact your hosting provider or try to reinstall WordPress (https://prnt.sc/OX10xExehwKd) on your staging (sometimes it helped our customers to fix similar js errors). In case you decide to reinstall make sure you have a fresh backup of your website.

16/ Product Archives element – is available when creating a Product Archive template. It will not work on non-product archive pages like Home, About Us, Contact us etc.

17/ Can you please tell me what widget can be used to display specific products? On certain pages we normally manually pick certain products to recommend customers.
