    Hey,

    since the last Update to XStore Core Version 5.2.3 I get a white screen if I try to edit any page.

    I deactivated all the plugins and found that the problem is caused by the XStore Core plugin. You can view here: https://ibb.co/dgk3Jc5
    https://ibb.co/hDsXTHQ

    Also the page speed is really bad with this theme. how can i Improve it? I did the following: reduced css and javascript, compromised the images to webp, currently using wprocket for caching, turned all the improvement features inside the xstore theme options on

    Thank you! 🙏

    Hello, Wemakemarkting,

    Thank you for your response.

    1/ We’ve tried to edit one of the pages – Innenausbau using Elementor and we do not see any problem.
    We would recommend you to clear cache and check one more time.
    Please provide URL of page on which you face the white screen.

    2/ We have tested your site on https://gtmetrix.com/ , https://prnt.sc/i9P36VIsh_Wy Please follow next recommendations:
    – Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN), it can give an equally fast web experience to your users across the globe. We use CDN on our demos;
    – Avoid an excessive DOM size – read these posts about DOM https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1412-avoid-an-excessive-dom-size
    https://isotropic.co/avoid-an-excessive-dom-size-on-your-wordpress-website/ Edit your page and Product elements and enable Ajaxify for the Product elements https://prnt.sc/HzYeSqzHBWKo . It should reduce the DOM structure. Also, you may try to reduce the DOM results on the page by reducing the number of sections of the page/elements in the footer or header;
    – Avoid chaining critical requests – https://wp-rocket.me/google-core-web-vitals-wordpress/avoid-chaining-critical-requests/
    – Eliminate render-blocking resources – you may try solutions described here https://onlinemediamasters.com/eliminate-render-blocking-resources-wordpress/

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Kind Regards,

    Hey,

    thanks for the fast response.

    It was really a browser caching problem from my end, sorry I should have tried this… Works in incognito mode. Thanks for the testing.

    I will give those recommendations a try. Thanks for the help.
