b – yes.
both can be done a 2 different ways, depending on if you are using the new Archive Product Builder or not.
c – Background color for all pages on site can be changed via Theme Options > Styling, for Shop page only via page settings – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/8theme-page-post-layout-settings-8theme-post-options/ , for particular elements or sections on the Shop page via custom CSS code or Elementor.

We do not say you to disable Elementor Pro plugin, and XStore is compatible with this plugin (other our customers use Elementor Pro without this problem).
We recommend you contact support of Elementor Pro and ask if there is anything that they can do from their side to help you.

For the full-width search, there are no color settings, so custom CSS code can be used only, right now.
This is not a bug, just no one asked about these settings, so the dev team did not add settings that are not needed for most customers. Please post your request to our dev team, as was mentioned, and other customers will be able to vote for new settings via Trackboard.
