I have 3 licenses but only 2 are being used. One of them is for a staging website that we’ve deleted long ago. I tried to activate it for another project and got the error. Can you please help?

We have noticed that the XStore theme is still being used on the following websites:
    idesign.limeadvertising.com, limea24.sg-host.com,

    Hello, @Team IT Lime,

I hope this message finds you well.

We kindly request that you proceed with the deactivation of your license associated with the now-deleted staging website via the XStore admin panel. To facilitate this process, we have provided a straightforward solution accessible through the 8theme dashboard. You can easily deactivate your website by leveraging the tools provided at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/

For detailed guidance on license registration and deactivation, please consult our documentation here: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/163-how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Hi there, thanks for the feedback bu we still have an issue. As you can see the license doesn’t show any domain associated with it (see screenshot) but when I try to activate it I still get the same error (see screenshot #2).
