Hello, Phoenixtalia,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
1/ If you do not see changes in static block content once you do them, kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
2/ WPBakery uses scripts to stretch the row to full width and this is how it works. We can do nothing with this, unfortunately.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

Hello, Jamesnouk,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
We are delighted to hear that you are in the process of setting up your e-commerce site using our XStore theme. Your query regarding the selection of a payment module is an important one, and we are here to assist you in making the best choice for your online store.
Both WooPayment (WooCommerce Payments) and Stripe are excellent payment solutions that are compatible with the XStore theme. They are designed to provide a secure and efficient checkout experience for your customers.
WooCommerce Payments is a streamlined option that is integrated directly into your WooCommerce dashboard, allowing for a seamless management of transactions. It is a convenient choice if you are looking for an all-in-one solution that handles payments, refunds, and other financial operations within your WordPress admin area.
On the other hand, Stripe is a robust payment gateway known for its ease of use and extensive feature set. It supports a wide range of payment methods and currencies, which can be beneficial if you are catering to a global audience. Stripe’s integration with XStore is straightforward, and if you are already familiar with Stripe, this could be a smooth continuation for you.
In terms of optimization and ease of implementation, both payment modules work well with XStore. The choice ultimately depends on your specific needs and preferences. If you value a direct integration with WooCommerce and a centralized dashboard for managing payments, WooPayment might be the way to go. If you prefer a payment gateway with a broad feature set and are comfortable with Stripe’s platform, then Stripe could be the better option for you.
We recommend considering the following factors when making your decision:
– The types of payment methods you wish to offer
– The geographical location of your customer base
– Your familiarity with the payment gateway’s interface and features
– The level of support and documentation available for each option
We hope this information helps you in selecting the payment module that best fits your e-commerce site’s needs. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hello, @Glam.eu,
We would like to bring to your attention that if you have commenced utilizing builders, it is advisable to apply them across all product archives rather than limiting their use to a specific category. The recommended solution is to configure the display settings to show a template for all Product Archives, as illustrated in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/VuSGWJF3cngG.
Currently, you have templates designed for various categories. Therefore, it is necessary to create an additional template that will encompass all other Product Archives, including tags and the shop.
From a development perspective, I would like to clarify that since the system incorporates AJAX, the product blocks are replaced with those that have been found, which is understandable. However, if builders are used inconsistently—applied in some areas but not in others—this can lead to an issue where the blocks are unable to find their corresponding replacements, resulting in the hanging issue you are currently experiencing.
We trust that you will find this information useful and take the necessary steps to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across your website.

Hello, Innova Partners,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns.
1/ If 3rd party plugins have been utilized to display new statuses for orders, this issue pertains to compatibility or additional customization.
Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
2/ This question is also not directly related to the theme. We suggest trying to receive emails without the builder and additionally seeking solutions on WooCommerce forums https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ . There is no provision for the exclusion of a specific domain from spam.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

Hello, @lew-shop,
1. Thank you for providing such detailed feedback! Regarding your suggestion for implementing a second product category description, I believe it’s a fantastic idea that should be considered for implementation in one of our upcoming updates.
2. Concerning the issue with the speed loading of breadcrumbs and the “fadeIn” effect delay compared to the header section, our default approach involves setting opacity: 0; for all Elementor widgets until they receive a unique attribute signifying that the page has been fully loaded and rendered with styles and scripts. If you wish to display all Elementor widgets even before the page is fully loaded, you can try adding the following custom CSS and observe the results regarding the delay in showing elements:
body.elementor-default:not([data-elementor-device-mode]) [class*=elementor-widget-et-]>.elementor-widget-container,
body.elementor-default:not([data-elementor-device-mode]) [class*=elementor-widget-etheme]>.elementor-widget-container,
body.elementor-default:not([data-elementor-device-mode]) [class*=elementor-widget-woocommerce-etheme]>.elementor-widget-container,
body.elementor-default:not([data-elementor-device-mode]) [class*=elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-etheme]>.elementor-widget-container,
body.elementor-page:not([data-elementor-device-mode]) [class*=elementor-widget-et-]>.elementor-widget-container,
body.elementor-page:not([data-elementor-device-mode]) [class*=elementor-widget-etheme]>.elementor-widget-container,
body.elementor-page:not([data-elementor-device-mode]) [class*=elementor-widget-woocommerce-etheme]>.elementor-widget-container,
body.elementor-page:not([data-elementor-device-mode]) [class*=elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-etheme]>.elementor-widget-container {
opacity: 1;
visibility: visible;
}
3. We will investigate this situation more thoroughly to fully understand the risks associated with fixing such cases without causing any additional issues. Thank you for describing them so clearly.
4. Regarding the question about the amount of code, it pertains to the structure of Elementor widgets and cannot be modified from our end. Elementor does offer some features that can help reduce the size of your Document Object Model (DOM), and you can learn more about them and test their effectiveness here: https://elementor.com/help/optimized-assets-loading/
