    Hello 8Theme Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to you to request your assistance regarding the “Fake Sale Popup” block on our website. We have observed that this popup appears below the WhatsApp logo, which is not ideal. We have two specific requests:

    We would like to change the title of the Popup to Spanish, as it is currently in English by default.
    We aim to prevent the WhatsApp logo from overlapping the Popup on both desktop and mobile views.
    Could you please provide guidance on how to address these changes? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    1/ We would like to inform you that the string in question originates from the XStore Core plugin. To translate it, please refer to the Core plugin’s language file, which can be found at the following link: https://prnt.sc/PlCXmdkFJQg4

    Go to Loco Translate > Plugins > select the XStore Core plugin.Translate the necessary strings and Save.

    2/ Upon thorough review of your website, we are pleased to inform you that we have not detected any issues. We have observed that the fake sale popup is correctly displayed on the left side, while the WhatsApp button is appropriately positioned on the right side of your site.     Dear Tony,

    We have integrated a new language into our template (Spanish), following the instructions you provided. However, I noticed that not all words have been translated. Could you guide us on how to complete the translations?

    Regarding the “Fake Sale Popup,” we have also made the change as you directed, but the change did not reflect on the production site. Let me share screenshots with you so you can verify that the process was executed according to your instructions, but it did not result in the change we needed.

    Dear Rose,

    I want to express my sincere gratitude for your support. We have recently noticed that the “Fake Sale Popup” module has stopped working. We have made the necessary translation change to have it in Spanish, but unfortunately, the popup is not appearing. Could you please verify this issue?

    We kindly request that you verify whether the issue you are experiencing is due to a third-party plugin on your website or a caching problem. Should the issue persist after this check, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with FTP access credentials to allow us to investigate the matter more thoroughly.

    Additionally, please temporarily disable any CDN caching that may be in effect.
