    Hello,

In the email builder, I’ve personalized everything to send emails after every status update for orders. However, the email isn’t being sent to the customer when the status is ‘In wait’. There doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with the settings.

Additionally, all these emails are ending up in the spam folder. Is there an option to add a dedicated domain to avoid this?

    Hello, Innova Partners,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns.

1/ If 3rd party plugins have been utilized to display new statuses for orders, this issue pertains to compatibility or additional customization.

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

2/ This question is also not directly related to the theme. We suggest trying to receive emails without the builder and additionally seeking solutions on WooCommerce forums https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ . There is no provision for the exclusion of a specific domain from spam.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I haven’t used any external plugins for this! I’ve simply adjusted the text in every template using the Xstore theme builder. That’s all.
All emails are being sent as they should, except for the email when an order is placed on hold. Hence, my question about why this is happening.

    Hello, Innova Partners,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We kindly request that you check whether a specific email is being sent when the builder is disabled. It is possible that WooCommerce does not automatically send this particular email to avoid an excess of superfluous text.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
